Eighteeth Orion Kit

Digital Implant Solution for Multi-Implant & Full-Arch Workflows

The Eighteeth Orion Kit combines Helios intraoral scanning with 3D photogrammetry in a streamlined digital workflow for multi-implant and edentulous cases.

Simple Two-Step Workflow

1. Scan the Orion Scan Bodies
Capture and establish implant positioning.

2. Scan the Scan Caps & Soft Tissue
Capture the gingival soft tissue and complete the digital impression.

Key Features

Under 5-second implant position capture
≤20 μm closed-loop accuracy
1-click deviation check with alerts when deviation exceeds 300 μm
Three scan body sizes: S, M and L
High-precision titanium alloy scan bodies
Supports challenging soft-tissue situations up to 5 mm transmucosal depth
Open STL export for integration with existing CAD/CAM workflows

Designed for Full-Arch Digital Workflows

Orion separates implant-position capture from soft-tissue scanning, helping address the challenges associated with scanning featureless soft tissue in full-arch cases.

The system supports multi-implant and edentulous cases, screw-retained restorations using multi-unit abutments, Malo/Mallon bridge frameworks, and custom Ti-base abutment workflows.

What's Included

3 Small Encoded Scan Bodies
3 Medium Encoded Scan Bodies
3 Large Encoded Scan Bodies
