Returns Policy
At ProElite Dental Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of your purchase. Eligibility for Returns: Items eligible for return must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Non-Returnable Items: Opened consumable products, such as Endo files, Diamond Burs, etc., are not eligible for return. Restocking Fee: To cover the processing and handling costs associated with returns, we have implemented a restocking fee policy. Restocking Fee Rate: 25% of the purchase price.
