HyperLight™ Portable X-Ray Warranty & Warranty Claim Policy

Warranty Coverage

ProElite Dental Supply warrants that the HyperLight™ Portable X-Ray is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase by the end-user customer, unless otherwise specified in writing through an extended warranty program.

Should a defect arise during the applicable warranty period, ProElite Dental Supply, at its sole discretion, may:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished components
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value and performance
  • Provide a full or partial refund based on the length of ownership and circumstances of the claim

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects resulting from normal intended use, including:

  • Internal hardware malfunctions
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Battery or power-related failures due to production defects
  • Software or firmware issues associated with the original factory installation (if applicable)

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance, storage, or transportation
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration
  • Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, moisture exposure, or environmental conditions outside recommended operating parameters
  • Consumable items, accessories, or third-party components not manufactured or supplied as part of the HyperLight™ Portable X-Ray system

Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following:

  1. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
  2. The unit serial number
  3. A detailed description of the issue
  4. Photos or videos demonstrating the defect, if available

Upon review, our support team will provide additional troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with shipping instructions.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning products for warranty evaluation. ProElite Dental Supply will cover return shipping costs for approved repaired or replacement units.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProElite Dental Supply shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the HyperLight™ Portable X-Ray, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.
