Website Promotions – Terms & Conditions

ProElite Dental Supply ("ProElite") may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, email signup incentives, seasonal sales, referral rewards, or other limited-time offers through our website. By participating in any promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Eligibility

Promotional offers are available only for qualifying purchases made directly through ProElite Dental Supply unless otherwise stated. Promotions have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, account credit, or previous purchases.

2. 5% Website Signup Promotion

Customers who subscribe through our website may receive a one-time promotional discount of 5% off qualifying merchandise.

This promotion does not apply to:

• Any single purchase totaling $9,999 or more

• CBCT systems

• Intraoral scanners (surpassing $9,999)

• Microscopes

• Large capital equipment

• Custom quotations or negotiated pricing

• Installation services

• Training services

• Shipping charges

• Extended warranties

• Service plans

• Calibration services

• Third-party financing fees

• Taxes or government fees

• Special-order or custom-built products

• Products already discounted, on promotion, clearance, bundle pricing, or advertised at promotional pricing

• Gift cards

• Any item specifically identified as excluded from promotional pricing

ProElite reserves the sole right to determine whether a purchase qualifies for promotional pricing.

3. One Promotion Per Order

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined or stacked with:

• Customized Quotes

• Preferred partner pricing

• Volume or bulk discounts

• Referral rewards

• Manufacturer rebates

• Promotional financing offers

• Price matching

• Any other coupon, discount, or promotional offer

Only one promotional discount may be applied per qualifying order.

4. Promotional Code Requirements

Promotion codes must be entered at checkout before the order is submitted. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

5. Returns and Refunds

If merchandise purchased using a promotional discount is returned, any refund will reflect only the amount actually paid after discounts have been applied.

If returning only a portion of an order causes the remaining purchase to no longer qualify for a promotion, ProElite reserves the right to adjust or recalculate the discount accordingly.

6. Order Review

All promotional orders remain subject to verification and acceptance by ProElite Dental Supply.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel any order submitted with an invalid or unauthorized promotional code

• Correct pricing errors or promotional errors

• Limit quantities purchased

• Decline orders suspected of resale, abuse, fraud, or misuse of promotions

7. Promotional Abuse

ProElite may refuse or revoke promotional eligibility if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a customer has attempted to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent promotional terms, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple customer accounts

• Using multiple email addresses to obtain repeated signup discounts

• Artificially splitting purchases to qualify for promotions

• Misrepresenting eligibility

• Unauthorized distribution or misuse of coupon codes

Orders determined to violate these terms may be cancelled or adjusted without notice.

8. Pricing Errors

While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, ProElite reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, promotional, or system errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, you will be notified before the order is processed.

9. Modification or Termination of Promotions

ProElite Dental Supply reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Modify promotional terms

• Suspend any promotion

• Cancel any promotion

• Change discount percentages

• Exclude additional products or categories

• End promotional offers entirely

Such changes may occur at our sole discretion and will apply to future purchases. Promotions are available only while active and subject to availability.

10. Right to Refuse Promotional Discounts

ProElite reserves the right to deny or void any promotional discount if it determines that the promotion was applied in error, conflicts with another pricing agreement, or otherwise falls outside the intended scope of the offer.

11. No Rain Checks

Expired promotions will not be honored after their expiration date. ProElite is under no obligation to provide substitute discounts, extensions, or rain checks.

12. Force Majeure

Promotional offers may be modified or cancelled due to circumstances beyond ProElite's reasonable control, including manufacturer pricing changes, supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, system failures, regulatory changes, or other unforeseen events.

13. Governing Terms

These Promotional Terms supplement ProElite Dental Supply's general Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping Policy. In the event of any conflict, ProElite's determination shall govern to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Questions

Questions regarding promotional eligibility should be directed to ProElite Dental Supply prior to placing an order.

By using a promotional offer, coupon, or discount code, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Promotional Terms & Conditions.
